About Kevin

I didn't plan to become a coach.

I planned to study business.

Six weeks in I knew it wasn't right. I found my way to a degree in Psychology and never looked back. That decision shaped what followed.

I competed in college at the University of North Florida, represented Ireland over 40 times, and played professionally on the European Tour, Asian Tour and Japan Tour for over a decade.

Along the way I qualified for two US Opens and advanced through every stage of European Tour Q-School on my first attempt.

Through my playing career I worked with some of the best minds in golf. Mark McCumber. Bob Rotella. Dave Stockton. Deborah Graham. Dan Carraher.

That exposure combined with my background in psychology gave me a framework for understanding what actually happens to competitive golfers under pressure.

Not theoretically. From the inside.

When I stopped competing I knew exactly what I wanted to do with that understanding.

I now work with golfers to identify their patterns under pressure and build a structure to perform when it matters.
