Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

Services offered by Tour Performance Advisory are provided on a recurring subscription basis and include a stated minimum commitment period.

By purchasing a subscription service, you agree to the minimum commitment term specified at checkout (for example, a three-month minimum).

Minimum Commitment

Subscriptions may not be cancelled during the initial minimum commitment period. You remain responsible for all payments due during this period.

Cancellation After Minimum Term

After the minimum commitment has been fulfilled, you may cancel your subscription at any time prior to your next scheduled billing date to avoid further charges. Cancellations submitted after a billing date has occurred will apply to the following billing cycle.

Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. In cases of serious injury, medical issues, or other significant events, we may, at our sole discretion, offer a pause or early cancellation of a subscription. Any such accommodation is evaluated individually and is not guaranteed.
