Refund policy

Tour Performance Advisory provides private, subscription-based performance advisory services.

Because advisory services allocate time, access, and strategic capacity in advance, all payments are non-refundable once a billing period begins.

Each subscription requires a three (3) month minimum commitment. Early termination during the minimum commitment period does not relieve the obligation to complete remaining payments.

No refunds or partial refunds are provided for:

• Unused advisory access
• Missed sessions or check-ins
• Early cancellation requests
• Partial billing periods

All enrollment decisions should be made carefully. We encourage prospective clients to request clarification prior to completing payment if any aspect of the service or commitment terms is unclear.

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to:
