A Complete Process for Better Golf

You're Not Losing Shots Where You Think You Are

Most golfers look for the answer on the range.

But you already know your game is better than your scores suggest.

You've felt it.
The round that falls apart before it starts.
The one mistake you couldn't leave behind.
When the score started to matter, tension took over.

And afterwards, the same feeling.
That you're capable of better.
That it was right there...
And it slipped through your fingers.

Twelve years competing on Tour teaches something about those moments.

The Performance Stack was built for them.

Inside the Performance Stack

Quick Start Guide

Start here.

The Quick Start Guide shows you how to use the full Performance Stack without getting overwhelmed.

It helps you identify your biggest current performance problem, choose where to begin, and start building a clear process that fits your game.

This is not just theory.

It is a practical guide to help you move through the stack in the right order, take what is useful, and turn the material into something you can actually use on the course.

First Tee Ready

Most golfers are already behind before they hit their first shot.

First Tee Ready helps you prepare for the round with more clarity, commitment, and composure so you are not trying to find your game after the round has already begun.

It gives you a practical framework for how to warm up the golfer, not just the swing:

how to settle your attention,
clarify what matters,
and step onto the first tee with a process you can trust.

This helps you stop giving shots away early and start the round in a way that supports better performance from the beginning.

Stabilize the Round

One bad moment does not have to become three.

Stabilize the Round shows you how to respond better after mistakes, settle the situation, and make clearer decisions when the round starts to slip.

It gives you a practical process for ending the last shot, stabilizing your attention, and staying engaged with what the next moment actually requires.

This helps you stop one mistake from spreading and give yourself a chance to quickly return to your best after a mistake.

Play Great When It Counts

Most golfers tighten up exactly when they need to play freely.

Play Great When It Counts helps you handle pressure without slipping into fear, hesitation, or protection mode.

It shows you how to stay committed, trust your game, and keep playing instead of trying to avoid mistakes.

It gives you a practical framework for competing with more clarity when the stakes rise, so you can stop shrinking in the moments that matter and start performing with freedom and conviction.

Post Round Reset

Most golfers finish their round, and learn nothing.

Post Round Reset gives you a clear process for reviewing your round in a way that actually helps your performance move forward.

It shows you how to identify what mattered,
what held up,
what broke down,
and what needs your attention next.

Stop repeating the same mistakes, turn each round into useful feedback, and build better golf every time you play.

"Downloaded the Stack on a Friday. Read Stabilize the Round that evening. Shot my best competitive round on the Sunday. I'm not saying it was all down to this but I know something was different."

"Play Great When It Counts is the one I needed most. I'd been playing well in casual rounds and falling apart in competitions for two years. This helped me understand why and gave me something to work with."

  • A Complete Process

    One guide solves one problem.

The Stack gives you a system for the whole round. Before, during, and after.

  • Less Guesswork

Each guide solves a different problem, but they are designed to work together.

Instead of guessing what to do next, you follow a system that connects the entire round.

  • Faster to Apply

The Quick Start Guide shows you exactly where to begin, what to focus on, and how to build.

You're not left piecing it together alone.

  • More Than a Lesson

One coaching session costs more and ends in an hour. The Stack gives you a process you can return to every single round.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will this actually work for my game?

If you lose shots to poor starts, bad stretches, pressure, or repeated mistakes, that's exactly what these guides are built for.

The Performance Stack targets the moments that cost most golfers their scores.

Inside these guides you'll find a clear framework that you can apply to your game.

I've tried mental game content before. Why is this different?

Most mental game content is theory.
This is process.

You're not being asked to think differently or told to "just relax."

You're building something repeatable that works under pressure, one step at a time.

Is this too advanced for a casual golfer?

If you care about playing better golf when it matters, this was built for you.

No jargon.
No complicated instructions.

A clear process that works at any level.

How is this different from a lesson?

A lesson addresses your swing.

This builds a process for managing your round.

Most golfers struggle because they lack a repeatable structure to manage their games when things go wrong.

Should I buy one guide or the full Stack?

You can start with one.

But each guide covers a different moment in your round and they're built to work together.

The bundle gives you the complete system at the best price.

What format are the guides in?

Digital download PDF.

Works on any device.

Read them anywhere.

Kevin Phelan

Kevin graduated with a degree in Psychology.

He spent 12 years competing on the European Tour, Asian Tour, and Japan Tour.

He played in Two US Opens - at Pebble Beach and Merion.

He also played in The Walker Cup for Great Britain and Ireland.

Most coaches understand the theory.
Most tour players have lived the pressure.
Few have done both.

He's stood on the 18th tee at Pebble Beach in the US Open, Pacific on his left, OB on his right, and hit it down the middle.

He's birdied the last hole of a 3-stage, 14-round, 252-hole Q School journey to earn his European Tour card.

During his career, he worked closely with sports psychologists Bob Rotella and Deborah Graham as well as 10-time PGA Tour winner Mark McCumber.

He understands what those moments require.
Why they feel the way they do.
And how to handle them effectively.

That's where this process comes from.
